Good hotels include . A negative is perhaps the rudeness of the swimming instructor, but this can be ignored, there is also room for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms. However, the wellness department is very good, there are several saunas and a steam bath, as well as a gym, indoor and outdoor pools. The staff is very kind, intelligent and they look for a solution in case of a problem. The food is sumptuous, delicious, made from quality ingredients, and perhaps for the first time in my life, I felt that generosity and adequate care are not the point. In the restaurant, full bowls are brought out even at the last minute if something is running low. I would like to single out Ben from the staff because he is a very good sociable person, he has a quick answer to everything. Reception girls are smiling and polite. A mixer boy from Transylvania who is a very good conversational partner.
