Main tasks:

• Preparing offers and confirmations
• Greeting guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience in line with hotel standards.
• Providing comprehensive information and assistance to guests.
• Handling the opening of guest accounts, posting charges, and processing payments.
• Managing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Managing and updating guest-related records and documentation.
• Maintaining continuous communication with other hotel departments.
• Carrying out general administrative duties to support front desk operations.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day and/or night shifts

Expectations:

• At least a secondary education.
• Relevant experience is an advantage, but we also welcome applications from motivated, career-starting individuals eager to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication abilities combined with effective problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

It is an advantage to fill the position:

• Hostware program experience
• Local or nearby residence, as accommodation cannot be provided
