I was a guest of the hotel for the third time. I felt excellent here as well, the kindness and attention of the staff here accompanies the guests' stay everywhere, from the reception to the wellness area to the restaurant. It delivers the promised services to the maximum in all departments, the selection, quality and presentation of the food is impeccable both for breakfast and dinner. Special thanks to the flexibility of the reception ladies working on the evening and 11 am shifts of February 10. Next time too. 🙂

The staff are smiling and extremely helpful. The food was divine, and the wellness area has everything you need. The room was spacious and comfortable, if I really want to get involved in something, then it's the temperature, because it was a bit too hot 😄 Leaving our 3 children at home, the silence and peace was very good, the hotel is absolutely adult-friendly. I would go back anytime!

Good hotels include . A negative is perhaps the rudeness of the swimming instructor, but this can be ignored, there is also room for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms. However, the wellness department is very good, there are several saunas and a steam bath, as well as a gym, indoor and outdoor pools. The staff is very kind, intelligent and they look for a solution in case of a problem. The food is sumptuous, delicious, made from quality ingredients, and perhaps for the first time in my life, I felt that generosity and adequate care are not the point. In the restaurant, full bowls are brought out even at the last minute if something is running low. I would like to single out Ben from the staff because he is a very good sociable person, he has a quick answer to everything. Reception girls are smiling and polite. A mixer boy from Transylvania who is a very good conversational partner.
