A useful guide with the most important rules for booking a room and staying at our hotel.
Check in - check out (arrival - travel)
- Check-in: 14:00
- Check-out: 10:00
- Early check-in: from 12:00 +7500,- Ft/room
- Late check-out: until 15:00 +7500,- HUF/room, until 17:00 + 10500,- HUF/room
Rooms can be booked from 14:00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10:00 on the day of departure. Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, early arrival or late departure is possible for a fee.
If the guest wishes to check in before 7:00 am on the day of arrival, the full room rate for the previous night will be charged. In the case of early arrival, if the guest wishes to occupy the room before 12:00 noon, the room rate is 7500,- HUF per room, subject to availability.
Late check-outs after 12:00 noon are charged at 7500,- Ft / room for each hour started, until 17:00 10500,- Ft / room. After 17:00 the full room rate will be charged.
Holiday Resort Fee (Tourist Tax - IFA)
The prices quoted do not include IFA, which is payable on the spot. The rate for persons over 18 years of age is HUF 590,- per person per night.
Booking confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed in writing (e-mail, letter) and your booking will be considered final only after this confirmation.
Guarantee
To guarantee your reservation, in certain cases, we will ask you to provide your credit card details or to pay a deposit, if indicated in advance at the time of the offer or reservation. In this case, the confirmation will take effect if the requested advance payment or credit card guarantee is received by the date indicated in the confirmation.
General cancellation conditions
All individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.

General terms and conditions of booking
The price of the services ordered can be paid on the spot by cash, bank transfer or credit card via the Internet. Other methods of payment on the spot: Széchenyi Pension Card, vouchers issued by the hotel and/or its contracted partner.

Prices quoted include VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice in the event of a change in the rate of VAT laid down by the VAT Act in force.
Board
- Buffet breakfast: at our hotel, Restaurant L'Aura.
- Half board: buffet dinner is served in the L'Aura Restaurant in the hotel. Drinks are not included in the half board.
No smoking
All rooms are air-conditioned and non-smoking.
Accommodation for pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
Parking
Parking is possible in the open-air car park in front of the hotel, closed by a barrier and guarded by a camera, for a fee:
- 1 June - 31 August : 3 000 HUF / car / night
- From 1 September to 31 May: 2 500 Ft / car / night
Internet
Free unlimited wireless internet is available throughout the hotel.
